Join us for a special service with guest speaker Zane Diamond from Keshet.

Keshet envisions a world where all LGBTQ Jews and our families can live with full equality, justice, and dignity. By strengthening Jewish communities and equipping Jewish organizations with the skills and knowledge they need to make all LGBTQ Jews feel welcome, they work to ensure the full equality of all LGBTQ Jews and families in Jewish life. They also create spaces in which all queer Jewish youth feel seen and valued and advance LGBTQ rights nationwide.

Zane Diamond (any pronouns) is thrilled to be able to continue to work with Keshet as a contract trainer after three years as Keshet’s Executive Assistant to the CEO. As an alumna of Keshet’s LGBTQ+ and Ally Shabbatonim and a former camper and counselor at URJ Eisner Camp, Zane knows first-hand the importance of not only accepting but embracing LGBTQ+ Jews in our communities. While in college at Vassar, Zane was drawn to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging work while working in the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and LGBTQ+ Center, starting an LGBTQ+ interfaith religion and spirituality group and running Hillel programming on LGBTQ+Jewish identity.

Zane enjoys cooking, writing, playing in a folk band, studying Talmud, and making art, and hopes to be able to go to Rabbinical school eventually.
