KS member David Hoffman teaches Mediation and other subjects at Harvard Law School, in addition to serving as a mediator and lawyer at Boston Law Collaborative. He is immersed in conflict daily. One of the critical tools in conflict resolution is asking effective, heartfelt questions that come from a place of genuine curiosity. Our Zoom discussion will provide some hands-on experience—asking such questions and discussing how we can all be more effective in dealing with conflict.
