An Elul 5783 Message from Rabbi Darby Leigh

Elul, the beginning of the Jewish month marking the period of soul-searching, which leads up to the High Holidays, begins this week. This is a special time of introspection and cheshbon hanefesh—literally “an accounting of the soul.”

The High Holy Days begin at sundown on Friday, September 15, 2023, and conclude at sundown on Monday, September 25, 2023. All services will take place both in-person and via Zoom, except for Tashlich (at the Old North Bridge) and some Yom Kippur afternoon programs, which will be held in-person only.

We look forward to celebrating the High Holy Days with you!
