Let’s get ready to celebrate Chanukah with eight (yes, eight!) distinct lakes, one for each night. We will make savory and sweet versions, some are pan-fried, others are perfect when baked, flourless latkes, a few vegan recipes, and several flavorful complement dips.
The menu will include Rosti (Swiss potato latke), Aruk (Iraqi herb latke), Orna & Ella’s sweet potato latkes (the flag dish from the iconic coffee house in Tel Aviv), beet latkes, sweet cheese latkes, and more. Some recipes will be demonstrated by the instructor, others will provide the participants with a hands-on experience. A taste of each dish will be served throughout the class or will be packed to take home.
