Step back in time through this hands-on cooking class, exploring the ancient roots of Israeli and Middle Eastern cuisine. Inspired by Biblical stories, archaeological discoveries, and traditional footways, we’ll use ingredients native to the Land of Israel to recreate dishes that capture the flavors of the ancient world. On the menu: Herbs and Chickpea Flatbread, Freekeh and Roasted Grapes Salad, and Sprouted Lentil Balls. You’ll enjoy a tasting during the class, and any leftovers will be packed for you to take home.
