In this hands-on cooking class, you will go back in time to explore the food that the Israelites ate the night of their departure from Egypt and during the 40 years they spent wandering in the desert.
We will take clues from biblical stories and use ingredients that are native to the historical region to create several dishes for Passover. The menu will include flavorful matzah bread, yogurt dip, date spread, and a festive lentil dish with manna dressing.
