Kerem Shalom will join a host of national Jewish organizations and synagogues from around the country in cosponsoring ICE OUT, a day of national protests, including one at ICE’s Boston field office in Burlington. As the days’ lead sponsors—T’ruah and Bend the Arc—note, “we are taking actions as Jews in solidarity with the growing movement to reject ICE brutality and violence….Grounded in our sacred teachings, we will make the moral case that this system is both a failure of policy and of conscience, and that it does not have to be this way.”
