The practice of Laughter Yoga is a way to generate our own laughter without relying on jokes. Why?
Continuous, hearty laughter is enlivening, refreshing, restorative, and helps us feel so good! We can acknowledge the challenges surrounding us, while creating and cultivating moments of joy, lightness, and ease to fortify us.
We practice easy and fun group laughter exercises, with short breaks of deep belly breaths, and end with guided relaxation. We stay centered in our body and breath and connected to each other through contagious giggles and warm appreciation.
