KS Meditation Group with Scott Sancetta

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 31, 2020
There are hundreds of styles of meditation, but the goals are usually the same: enhanced concentration; self-knowledge and clarity; growing compassion; equanimity; stress reduction; community building. This group will meet once per week. Initially, we will have a mix of sitting and sharing, though I expect that we will evolve our group practice over time. This is not a class, though several of us know teachers and practitioners who we can invite in to share their techniques if we would like. If you wish to sit on something other than a chair (pillows, bench, …) please bring it with you.
