The practice of Laughter Yoga is a way to generate our own laughter without relying on jokes.
We practice easy and fun group laughter exercises, with short breaks of deep belly breaths, and end with guided relaxation. In this way, we stay centered in our body and breath and connected to each other through contagious giggles and warm appreciation.
The class is taught by Susan Phillips, M.Ed., Certified Integrative Health Coach and Laughter Yoga Teacher.
